1. E-Commerce Staff
Job Descriptions:- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Manage Rohto online store local: Build & monitoring Sales Online store through marketing spend optimization, promotions and new product introductions
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends
- Work very closely with digital team, brand team distributor, enabler and branches team to exercise brand guidelines in marketing collateral to be used across different marketing channels
- Providing analysis and reporting sales
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Communicative, easy going, fast learner
2. Marketing Administration Staff
Responsibilities- Receive all data such as Purchase Orders (PO) and information related to customer orders
- Prepare and maintain export documents
- Follow up on received orders, including preparing shipment documents such as invoices, packing lists,
- letters of attorney, PEB, etc., and ensuring the completeness of export documents
- Check product availability at the factory and inform customers about the availability
- Identify and establish relationships with new distributors
- Monitor product delivery activities, whether delivered by courier or forwarder
- Perform other administrative activities to support the international business department
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably with an administration background, and a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical/administrative support or equivalent roles.
- Possess excellent customer care and support skills
- Possess good communication and analytical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
- Fluent in spoken and written English

3. Medical Representative (Semarang Area)
Responsibilities- Conveying product information and its benefits for specific indications to doctors
- Promote and sell skincare/optha products to doctors and relevant institutions such as hospitals and dermatology clinics
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year experience as a medical representative in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Have a SIM C
- English skill is an advantage
- Proficient in computer literacy

Responsibilities- Managing programs & activities related to building positive relationships to create harmonious relationships and engagement between the company and employees, academics, communities, and other social organizations
- Coordinating with various parties, both internal and external related to employee relation activities, settlement of regulatory enforcement and industrial relations issues
- Carry out employee administration such as BPJS, resignation, retired employees
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a reputable university and minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 4 years experience working in the same position
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies involving employee relations policies
- Understand BPJS Regulation & Administration
- Good knowledge of Labour regulation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

7. Electrical Staff
Responsibilities :- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical & automation equipment in the factory area
- Doing improvement or process automation in the production machine and factory environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering
- Skilled in PLC / ladder diagram
- Able to use electrical tools and equipment
- Understand Engineering Drawings and wiring diagrams, can work with high voltage and low voltage
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with related field
- Willing to placed in Factory Office, Padalarang Bandung
8. Key Account Executive
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with local modern outlets, branches, and distributors
- Create and develop promotion plan activities in local modern outlets
- Ensure that every promotion activity in retail aligns with the marketing plan/promotion plan
- Evaluate promotion activities in local modern outlets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of active SKUs and must-have SKUs in local modern outlets
- Monitor and review competitors’ promotion and display activities
- Approve branch promotion proposals through the system on a daily basis
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Key Account, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Product Company, with expertise in developing and managing local modern trade channels (retail/outlets/distributors)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in data analysis and detail-oriented
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
- Fluent in spoken and written English

9. Product Executive
Responsibilities- Prepare and develop skin care product concept/marketing strategies to achieve sales targets of assigned products within the framework of business objectives (such as brand awareness, marketing activity, and digital marketing)
- Build and lead marketing programs that consist of experiences, sponsorship, or promotions to support products/brands, including community programs, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions, and advertising campaigns in all types of media for all categories
- Establish new product planning with the product division head to ensure effective pre-marketing prior to the launch
- Propose pricing for new products or price adjustment for existing products to maximize sales and gross profit
- Monitor competitive product promotion and recommend specific measures and actions to counter competitive activity
- Regularly communicate core product messages to the sales team, ensuring that marketing programs are effectively implemented in the field by the sales team
- Build and maintain a good relationship with KOL to get support brand image and awareness
- Extensive collaboration with cross-division areas including R&D, Regulatory, PPIC, Purchasing, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Medical with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Minimum 1,5 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmacy industry
- Strong knowledge of Product & Brand Development, Planning & Strategy, Market Research, Promotion (ATL & BTL), Brand Communication, and Digital Marketing
- Understanding of product and process development and ability to follow New Product Development processes
- Possess good communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills

10. Brand Development Specialist
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing plan
- Develop packaging materials, including packaging products and packaging test results

- Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and point-of-sale materials (POSM) to enable them to sell the product
- Create awareness in every branch
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, event organizers, or third parties regarding product campaigns
